Mostafa Al Hassan is Founder, Chairman and CEO of FIDC Future International Development Corporation, and GCC Global Consolidated Contractors.
FIDC is specialized in owner representation of business development, merger, strategies, business appraisal, acquisition, business management, financial structuring and lobbying.
FIDC its branches in Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Qatar and Washington.
FIDC Founded by Mr. Mostafa in 1998, evolved into a leader in the construction consulting industry pioneering services such as Construction Claims, Mr. Mostafa moved to London, where he served as a business development representative, pursuing projects in the Middle East, and Africa.
Mr. Mostafa received his primary education overseas in London. Over the years, he has held several key positions globally in various influential institutions as a public relations executive, and special high level event organizer. Furthermore—He established his international reputation travelling worldwide working as an international Business Developer. He opened his office in Egypt in 2006, where he created a successful business gains in Libya, Sudan and Qatar thereafter. These relations have continued to this day. Note he was a partner in bringing 20 major companies into Libya and 2 into Qatar and Sudan.
Mr. Mostafa holds his Master's degree in Architecture from Alexandria University, Egypt, and he also earned his Msc in Construction Economics and Management from University College of London. He is a Professional Engineer with memberships of the British Royal Society of Architects.
He started Fifteen years ago with the preliminary arrangements to accomplish his mission, at first everything appeared in a view that rapidly changed within and during the actual work criterion. Thus he has to revise and setup robust plan to achieve his ambitious objectives. He has started off with full enthusiasm and challenging spirit. The task was not easy, but he was determined not to fail in his mission. Thus he began with full confidence and strong determination to ensure his succeed. The first important step towards his aim was to select a qualified team, hardworking individuals who have high expertise and sense of responsibility.
Mr. Mostafa have set an excellent plan and he started as one team with full cooperation working closely with all relevant departments and institutions which helped him to achieve his objectives and even exceed his expectations. And the Board of Director have always played very significant role in his success and also many of other departments, institutions and corporations whom we are indebted for their help and support. Also he cannot forget and must praise all individuals and other institutions with whom we are working in the same track, under one slogan; slogan of sincerity and devotion for the minor molecule in the earth of our dear country.

Position : Deputy Chairman

Dr. Moaty has over 30 years of experience in the design, construction and management of complex capital projects throughout the Middle East, the United Kingdom and USA.
Dr. Moaty key function encompasses roles as: Identify, prioritize and manage content, engineering projects traffic, ecommerce and product business development opportunities, Own and track performance of partner driven metrics, especially traffic and revenue deals, Produce proposals and presentations to potential partners, Negotiate deal terms, draft term sheets, work with legal counsel on long-form agreements and close deals , Develop financial projections, strategic plans and budgets, Work closely with business development and finance executives, Inspire and motivate partners, aligning them to the company mission and Assist company in meeting and exceeding goals for key business metrics. Dr. Moaty being educated and trained in five different European countries, the Middle East and USA , his contributions range from teaching at Liverpool University (UK) , and Edward Air Force Base (USA) to Expat of a major International Companies in a Varity of major international projects.
Dr. Moaty' project experience includes banks, schools, museums, hotels and resorts, office buildings, residential developments, retail facilities, civil and infrastructure projects. Moaty has managed all aspects of the construction process and is an experienced liaison between clients, regulatory agencies and contractors.
Dr. Moaty earned a B.Sc. Civil Engineering Alexandria University, Egypt, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD), Padova University, Italy, M.Sc Civil / Structural – North Eastern University, Boston, USA , and PhD Kensington USA – Wales University (F.E.M) UK. He is a Professional Engineer with memberships of California Land Surveyors Association, and Consulting Engineer (PE) at the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate #5598/1.

In this capacity, He was Initiated a $70mil armory renovation program, which is still ongoing in the Guard , Initiated and oversaw Georgia’s military response to Hurricane Katrina , Oversaw the security mission for the G-8 Summit on Sea Island – with some 23 heads of state, it was perhaps the largest peace time security mission in the nation’s history ,Oversaw train-up and deployments of approximately 10,000 soldiers and airmen to Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan and other sites in the Middle East. , and Lead the Georgia Guard to win the Oglethorpe Award – Georgia’s Malcolm Baldrige equivalent award for leadership and organizational excellence. He Elected Vice Chairman of the Board, National Guard Association of the U.S.
Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Mr. David held various managerial positions of increasing responsibility during his career like ; Bergstrom AFB, TX – Assistant Staff Judge Advocate , DaNang AB, RVN – Chief of Military Justice , Hamilton AFB, CA – Military Judge Robins AFB, GA – Assistant Staff Judge Advocate (Air Force Logistics Command) , Shaw AFB, SC – Assistant Staff Judge Advocate (Tactical Air Command) , and Scott AFB, IL - Mobilization Assistant (Air Mobility/US Transportation Commands), Assistant Attorney General of Georgia – represented the State Insurance Department, State Banking Department, and the Secretary of State , Deputy State Revenue Commissioner – By law the Deputy’s authority is co-extensive with the Commissioner, and I was essentially the COO of the Department, responsible for leadership of the 1,000 member organization, and all policy and legislative matters pertaining to taxation, alcohol and tobacco regulation, and motor vehicle registration , Secretary of State – I completely reorganized the Office, which had not changed much in over three decades.
The Secretary is also the Corporations Commissioner, the State Securities Commissioner, the State Surveyor, and responsible for the State Archives and Record Center, and the State Examining Boards for professions and licensed occupations. I was also the State’s chief election official, and guided the State’s position in the turbulent reapportionment litigation of 1982 , Medical Association of Georgia – General Counsel to the Association, and helped develop a start-up HMO owned by the Association , and State Labor Commissioner of Georgia – He was elected state-wide in 1992 and re-elected in 1994. The Department was organized properly, but the staff of about 2000 people was badly demoralized from lack of leadership. I made quite a number of personnel changes, the result being a much more energized and professional organization. I resigned from office in 1998 to run for Governor, Adjutant General – In 1999, I was appointed Adjutant General. I retired from that position at the end of 2007, and ran for Governor in 2010, and Private Consultant – 2010 – date – providing political, marketing and management consulting services primarily, but not exclusively, in defence sector. He is a current or past member of the Board of Directors (Chairman for two terms) – State YMCA of Georgia, Jobs for America’s Graduates, and (Vice Chairman) – National Guard Association of the United States.
Mr. David holds a B.A. in Emory Law JD from Emory University, Emory Air Force ROTC – cadet commander/distinguished military graduate, and is a member of USO – American Legion - VFW. He is licensed to practice National Security Management from Harvard University.

Mr. Hammad has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the Business Development & International Operation. He has been actively involved in the evaluation, presentation, resolution and management to Implement market strategies oriented towards the expansion of the business by keeping a high level of knowledge of the market situation, establishing continuous conversations with industry bodies, key market players and influencers, allowing Nielsen to be on top of market evolution. Ms. Kins is International marketing Director and Business Development and Strategy Consultant of GCC.
Ms. Kins Born and raised in New York City to a prominent Gotham family, For twelve years, she has also worked as a senior editor for the Diplomatic World Bulletin and the Washington International. In London, she was the editor for the Tatler Magazine and Diplomatist Magazine. She was the correspondent for WOR Radio and television at the United Nations and NBC-TV “Open-Mind,” where she attended and documented many diplomatic events.
Ms. Kins has founded and served on the board of various institutions. To name a few, she was a key member on the Nelson Rockefeller International Visitors Committee. Her role was calling on the part of the governor for every president, prime minister, foreign minister and other important dignitaries arriving in New York State. She has arranged the formal entry into the United Nations of many African States and all of the Caribbean former Commonwealth countries.
She started GSK her first business endeavor in1957, which later merged into the Kins Group in 1995. Her main trust was in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Brazil, Argentina, and Uruguay. She opened her office in Egypt in 1980, where she created a successful business gains in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain thereafter. These relations have continued to this day. Note she was a partner in bringing 20 major companies into Saudi Arabia and 10 into Kuwait.
